All of my reviews are clearly written, well-researched, and, more importantly, include relevant information about the music, recording, production, and the artist/band itself. The music might be esoteric, I might give a poor rating just because this album is softer or slower than usual Wu-Tang solo album. I try to be fair in my reviews and I have my own opinions, which I share in my reviews.
Some people believed that the Wu-Tang Clan could not function without an organic schedule. But in the past ten years, that has changed immensely. But it's extremely difficult to get the group to plan in the long term. They're very chaotic people.
With that said, I do try to give Wu-Tang Clan credit where it's due. But as in any scene brothers/sister have the job of controlling the curatorial and artistic taste and direction. With 9, and maybe 10, solo projects of their's from the Wu-Tang Clan, they will continue to be a musical force in the music industry for many more years. I look forward to not only the next Wu-Tang album, but Wu-Tang's organization of different projects.
Now for those who never heard about the Wu-Tang Clan, I'll explain it: the Wu-Tang Clan, one of the most influential hip hop groups, is the name of a collective of rappers and beatmakers (often referred to as underground rap or conscious rap; counterculture in black communities). This group's first album was 1993's Wu-Tang Clan, followed by 1996's Wu-Tang Forever (which is their bestselling album) and 2002's 8 Diagrams. Not every album by the group has been created by a member of this group or group of musicians. For instance, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, or U-God. Generally speaking, the Wu-Tang Clan represents a post-80s hardcore rap movement, with two of the more noticeable organizations being the Ghetto Symphony alongside the Native Tongues movement. d2c66b5586
