The AfrikaBurn Jazz Festival in the Kalahari next week will offer the chance to hear local and international performers at the world-famous Manguza Wilds. The Festival begins on the 30th August and finishes the 6th of September.
The sixth annual ePATWORLD Europe Patent and Trademark World took place in London this past week. This major conference brought together the most noteworthy intellectual minds in intellectual property (IP) in order to discuss the current and near future of patent law. It was great to see so many familiar faces, with body represented by Directors from top global law firms and from industry, US and European Main Board organisations.
Passengers are expected to show good and full consideration for the safety of others when boarding and disembarking buses. The Passenger Rights Act (No. 47 of the 1974 general law) details the requirements that passengers must meet before boarding. Passengers who do not meet these requirements are not allowed to board or disembark the bus. The Transport Department of West Bengal state conducts regular awareness drives, developing awareness among passengers regarding this law.
Another year, another Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) agreement. This time, it’s the fifth iteration of the TRIPS Agreement.
