There's a windows installer, and a mac installer. I got them all from this website. If you prefer the mac installer, you can find the hidden link to download the mac version here on the CATALOG page. I prefer the windows installer, because I prefer have the full power of Windows whenever I'm working.
The windows version of the CC installer comes bundled with 'Application Manager' which makes it easy to setup CC and find all the other pieces of the machine, such as Adobe Bridge, Adobe Camera Raw, Adobe Lightroom etc. The mac version of the CC installer comes with the Xcode developer tools which you need to deploy your app as if it were a Mac app. This can be made automatic by clicking the 'One-Click Deploy' button in the studio, but I know I prefer to perform this manually each time I make a change to my app.
Adobe has a few times listed the CS5 rollup as 'application manager', so you can also download and install the rollup that includes Adobe Bridge, Adobe Animate and a few other useful bits and bobs. The latest version of the installer called 'updater' includes a hidden link to the CS6 program. However, if you have Mac users in your organization, or you're using public computers, you might want to also install the actual CS6. In fact, you probably want to schedule it ahead of time.
The January 30, 2014 update for the CS5 Application Manager fails to download on my computer and the link to the supposed update page for the updater is broken. It's as if I'm the only person looking for it. However, it may have been updated today: d2c66b5586
