If you would like to generate an X11-based gallery, instead of a movie slideshow, navigate to the Movie Pipeline X11 Display Helper setting and change the Application Type to X11 Desktop.
Any player information that you pass through to the video renderer at the command line (File Filname and Movie Filename), is stripped out of the Video Info dictionary. This allows you to keep player information separated from the video information.
By default, the vinfo setting is empty. A vinfo dictionary records information about an individual media file, and it can be used to provide player specific settings. The vinfo dictionary only has 4 entries, all provided by the media plug-in.
If you would like to alter certain render properties of the media file, copy the values from Input Settings and Output Settings to the Preferences section.
This is the default name for the folder which contains the output AVI movie file. You can manually rename the movie name by clicking on it and typing your desired title in the the new name field.

The output folder is the directory you specify to store the converted video. The default name for this folder is the same as the video file name. If you change the video name to something else, remember to change the folder name as well. d2c66b5586
